Child Policy:

Guests under the age of 6 are considered children. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using an existing bed. Breakfast is free for children under 6 years of age if accompanied by a paying adult.

Any additional older children are charged as per the extra person tariff published by the Hotel from time to time.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation fee as indicated below will be applicable on all the confirmed bookings.

1. All bookings must be cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in in order to avoid cancellation charges.

2. Room tariff of one night will be levied for the no show or request for cancellations after the above deadline.

3. Any refund will either be made by a cheque or by online transfer within 15 working days of the cancellation as per the details provided by the guest.
